EF Pro-References (Freeware)

EF Pro-References is a Microsoft Access application for managing bibliographic data. The program is fully functional, user-friendly and flexible. It produces external data files that can be shared with other users. Requires Microsoft Access software. The latest version, v1.3, allows access to all internal elements of the application, so you can easily upgrade it to newer versions of MS Access or modify the code to suit your needs.

Please note that due to lack of time, EF Pro-References has not received new features since version 1.1 and therefore does not take advantage of some of the new interface elements offered by MS-Access 95 and higher. The code is not brilliant (the author developed the application in early 1995 while learning Access Basic), but it works well. There are currently no plans to further upgrade EF Pro-References. Feel free to customize the application to suit your needs.
